Summary

Located in Sihuapilapa Beach, La Libertad, the MIZATA Project is a custom coastal residence currently under construction, developed on a lot of approximately 800 square varas, identified and selected by SUNRISE for an international client. Inspired by contemporary tropical architecture and the style of destinations such as Tulum and the Caribbean, this residence has been designed to connect with the ocean, nature, and the coastal lifestyle of El Salvador. From finding the right lot to building the residence, SUNRISE supports every stage of the process to turn an oceanfront vision into reality.
